Who we are
This website is operated by Xenium Cloud Technologies, Utrecht, the Netherlands (“we”, “us”). We are the controller for personal data processed through this website. You can reach us at hi@xeplatform.com.
What this policy covers
This policy covers the axenivo.com website only. Data processed inside a customer’s Axenivo deployment stays in that customer’s own cloud account and is governed by the customer’s own policies and our agreement with them.
What we collect
When you contact us. The contact form does not send data to our servers. It opens your own email app with your message. When you send that email, we receive your name, organisation, email address, organisation type, interest and message.
Cookies. We set one essential cookie that remembers your cookie choice. If you accept optional cookies, we may also use analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. If you decline, we do not.
Theme preference. Your choice of light or dark theme is stored in your browser’s local storage and never sent to us.
Server logs. Our hosting provider processes technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and protect the site.
Why we use it
We use your enquiry to reply and to discuss a possible pilot (legitimate interest or steps before a contract). We use optional analytics only with your consent. We use server logs to keep the site secure (legitimate interest).
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, and no longer than two years after our last contact unless a contract requires otherwise. The consent cookie lasts 180 days.
Who we share it with
We use service providers for email and website hosting, bound by data-processing terms. We do not sell personal data. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restrict or object to processing, and ask for data portability. You can withdraw consent at any time through Cookie Settings in the footer. You also have the right to complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
